This thai pad is made from PVC and is padded with polyester to give maximum absorption upon impact. There is a thick sturdy grip at the back and two velcro closures for securing the arm. The polyester filling gives more shock absorbing to the pads and are also more shock proof. They are ideal for a range of activities including kicking, punches, martial arts techniques and other fitness training. The pad measures 38  x 18 x 8 cm and comes in single pieces.
